Christmas is coming and I don't wanna get fat!

Sunday afternoon, just now all the girls are busy making Christmas tree balls, gingerbread houses and other goodly treats.

Inbetween the arguments and the comments they're actually getting something done which is pleasing.
Now is a tough time for a lot of people. Some are lonely, others long to be alone.
Some long to be somewhere else, others with someone else.
Just now I'm hoping to keep my weight in check. For that I need to stay healthy so I can train.
3 times a week would be nice ... January will tell ...
