Bump! I've landed. Work interferes as per usual with play.
I took my first spinning class for a month and I have to say it was hard work. I don't feel particularly worn out but something's not quite right. The cylinders aren't all firing. Recent squabbling has certaingly taken its toll and talk of a new bike club in town is draining more energy than it really should.
Just when future days were looking dark and heavy, a flash of lightning brightened up the day.
Cyclecomponents have 30 places at this years Vätternrundan and have offered them to Ride of Hope.
Amongst those cycling will be none other than Magnus Bäckstedt.
