In the middle of winter when for the most part all eyes are on the Spinning classes, and inparticularly
Spin of Hope: A 12 hour spinning event up and down the length of Sweden where you can book a bike for 12 hours that can be shared with friends (or not) for the sum of 1,500:- Swedish crowns that goes directly to the Childrens Cancer Fund. What a pleasant and uplifting experience it has been to exchange the large, soft saddles of the spinning bike to the more slimlined, harder, more comfortable saddle on my own.
